Returns and exchanges are sometimes inevitable. That's why we have

Guarantee! If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item
you have ordered, you may do so as long as the following conditions
are met:
Product must not show any evidence of wear and the original tags must be
attached.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns or Exchanges lacking an Authorization Number will not be
accepted by our returns warehouse and will be returned to the

Even if your order was shipped from another warehouse location.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and
exchanges may incur additional shipping charges. The shipping
carrier you choose to return your package is your choice. We
recommend you send back your package through a carrier such as UPS
or FedEx that allows you to track your returning package.
Allow 2-4 Days for your return or exchange to be processed. It may
be sooner. As soon as your return or exchange is received and
processed you will receive an email confirmation.

Free exchange shipping is our UPS Ground service and is valid for
the new items being shipped to you (this does not include return
shipping items back to us).
Free exchange shipping only applies to footwear exchange orders sent
within the contiguous United States. Note, this excludes Clothing,
Accessories, APO/FPO orders, extended U.S. and all international
orders. Promotion is for a limited time only and may not be used in
conjunction with any other promotion offer.
We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are
necessary. We want to make sure we process your return or
exchange in a timely manner.
